On NBC's Meet The Press this morning, host David Gregory asked Kathleen Sebelius, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, an interesting and pointed question. "Why not focus at this point, with the outcome uncertain, say were just gonna do a bill that focusses on reducing costs? We'll come back to the idea of expanding access at a point later on when it's more politically feasible?"
