The Daily Beast is reporting that Tiger Woods has offered to put $5 million into an account solely controlled by his wife Elin, if she agrees to stay with him. But there's much more than that. "When the couple married on Oct. 5, 2004, Elin signed a prenuptial agreement reportedly worth $20 million after 10 years of marriage...But in light of a string of women coming forward to say they had affairs with Tiger since his marriage, Elin has demanded that the prenup be rewritten...The lawyer familiar with the couple’s negotiations told The Daily Beast that Tiger also has agreed to shorten the original prenup to seven years from the date of marriage, meaning it will vest in another two. And the revised agreement provides for a staggered schedule of payments spread out over five years that could be worth upward of $75 million."
Tiger and his legal team may need to act quickly to get that signed before Elin's price goes up further. TMZ is reporting that New York "party girl" Rachel Uchitel is going to make a public statement later today admitting her affair with Tiger, despite her previous denials. According to TMZ, it was the details of Tiger's affair with Rachel first published in The National Enquirer that precipitated the fight on Thanksgiving between Tiger and his wife. "Sources say less than an hour before Tiger's accident, Rachel and Tiger were texting each other. Elin confronted Tiger and asked whom he was texting. She grabbed the phone and we're told she called Rachel to confront her. According to sources, Tiger and Elin began arguing and the phone broke in the process." This is on top of a third mistress now having emerged. She is Kalika Moquin, a marketing manager for the Las Vegas nightclub called "The Bank." According to Life & Style magazine, she hooked up with Tiger at a Las Vegas hotel as recently as the weekend of October 23, 2009. You can read more about this on Radar Online HERE.
