Have you heard about the new "craz-e burger"? That's a photo of one above. It's apparently made using two Krispy Kreme donuts as a bun around a bacon cheeseburger. The 1,500 calorie burger was, according to the "New York Daily News," pioneered in the South and popularized by Food Network host Paula Deen. The late singer Luther Vandross is sometimes credited with having invented it, apparently.
On a not unrelated note, Luther Vandross suffered before his death from both diabetes and hypertension. He died of a heart attack in 2005.
